This photograph was taken at the end of January 2020, I was following the stream upwards towards its source on Pen yr Ole Wen from Ogwen Valley to find a good composition of a fast flowing stream in the foreground to compliment the snow capped Glyderau Mountains in the background. I didn’t make it to my destination though; a snow storm came in really quickly so I decided to stop where I was and try to capture it as it hit the valley then carry on up following the stream. I managed to make the shot just before the storm hit men. Then the wind really got up and visibility became poor so I had to give up my trek and head back down.
