This photograph was captured at Porth Terfyn near Rhosneigr, Anglesey.
The wind was cold and brisk; it was one of those winter days that if you didn't wear adequate clothing it would cut you to the bone, luckily I was prepared, I was even wearing my arctic photography gloves that just allow for the thumb and forefinger to expose when needed, so all was good!
I set up the camera on a sturdy tripod and set the shutter speed to half a second to see what interest I could create with the motion of the waves smashing against the rocks.
