Photographed early November 2021 on mild autumnal morning. The conditions were perfect for forest photography; there was no wind and the foliage was wet, adding depth to both forest colours and textures.
The photograph was composed around the textured tree trunk, which was dissecting the moss covered drystone wall and framed by the autumnal coloured foliage.
