The place was called Storsandnes, it was a small isolated settlement made up of six houses including the one we were staying in and it was set off the beaten track, away from the main tourist areas of the islands.
I took this shot standing outside the house; it had the most fantastic views from a slightly elevated position and I absolutely fell in love with the place; it having a wonderful beach close by and being right next to the sea was the icing on the cake for me. The photograph was taken just after midnight, we’d been out photographing all day and I was even to shattered to walk 100 metres to the beach so I set up just outside our house and captured the sun setting.
